Introduction

Took an old pancake recipe and made a lot of adjustments to make it healthy for me. Took an old pancake recipe and made a lot of adjustments to make it healthy for me.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Flour
    1/2 cup wheat flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
    1/2 scoop whey protein powder vanilla flavor
    3/4 cup Skim milk
    4 egg whites only
    2 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce

Tips

I serve mine with Kroger brand sugar free syrup.


Directions

Mix the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients just until incorporated. Do not over mix.

I cook my on an electric skillet. preheated to 350 degrees. cook until edges look dry and bubbly then flip.
