Number of Servings: 12


    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 large egg
    Salt and pepper to taste


Mix egg and ground beef well, adding salt and pepper as desired.
Form into 12 meatballs. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning as each side browns After 20 minutes cut one meatball to see if they are cooked enough. When there is no pink meat inside remove from pan and keep warm until serving time.
