Ingredients

    1 cup Egg Beaters (equiv of 4 eggs)
    Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cups
    Shredded Cheese 2 cups

Tips

Use a glass casserole dish or use a cooking spray so that it doesn't stick.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake. You can add meat, veges what ever you like and then just add to your log separately. My faves are bacon and mushroom, spinach and shrimp.
