    Salt, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Shallots, 5 tbsp chopped
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled
    Pumpkin Seeds, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Currents, dried, 1 cup


Cook the rice until soft then let cool.
Add all ingredients together stir and serve.
Serving Size: It is a main course for four
