    1 Zucchini
    1 Yellow Squash
    1 Sweet Potato
    1 T. Olive Oil
    McCormick Perfect Pinch Vegetable Seasoning


You can add/change up any vegetables you want or change the spices to what you like.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut up the vegetables. Make sure they are all about the same size. Put in a bag or a bowl with a lid, add seasoning and olive oil and shake to distribute evenly. Put on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Cook about 35 minutes.
