    2 eggs
    half cup skim milk
    half cup flour
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp. Brown Sugar
    half Granny smith apple cored and sliced
    1 pat Butter
    1 tsp. Cinnamon


preheat oven to 425. melt butter in 10 inch skillet. arrange apple slices in skillet and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. whisk together eggs, milk, flour and sugar. pour over apples and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
