    2 c Quaker rolled oats
    4 c Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla
    1/4 c currants


Add nuts, sweetener, apple...whatever.


Combine ingredients in 3 qt saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat to low for 15 minutes.

Portion out into 1-cup servings--one for today and 3 for later in the week.
