    small or medium red cabbage
    small red onion
    small apple
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    2 tbsp splenda


sautee onion in spray oil
add chopped cabbage- cook for 5 minutess medium-high heat
at vinegar, sugar and mustard and cook for about 10 minutes on medium, stirring occassionally

Serving Size: 5 servings- 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup each
