    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 t (scant) baking powder
    1/8 t salt
    3 T instant nonfat milk powder
    1 T olive oil (light flavor)
    1 egg
    1/3 to 1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)


Mix all dry ingredients, plus oil. (This can be stored in the fridge until needed.) Add egg and enough water to make a good consistency. Add blueberries. (Also good with other kinds of fruit.)

Serving Size: Makes 2 good servings.
