Number of Servings: 8


    1 lb ground turkey
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 can condensed tomato soup (10.75oz)
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup frozen corn, thawed
    1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1 cup brown rice, cooked
    1 t1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (divided)
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    4 peppers (green, red, yellow, and/or orange)


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Pour 1/4 cup of tomato soup and water into the bottom of baking dish.
3. Brown turkey seasoning with garlic salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning, and a dash of hot sauce (optional.)
4. Chop peppers in half and remove seeds.
5. Mix turkey, rice, remaining tomato soup, corn, celery, chopped bell pepper, 1 tsp. Itailian seasoning, and 1 tsp. hot sauce together in large bowl.
6. Fill peppers with mixture.
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

When serving spoon tomato sauce from the bottom of the baking dish onto pepper.
