    2 medium zucchini
    3/4 cup tahini
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    3 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tbsp cumin
    1 tsp paprika
    2 tsp sea salt


peel then chop zucchini then add all ingredients to food processor. Process until smooth. I prefer to regidgerate before serving so that the hummus becomes more firm.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 32 oz.
