    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 10 oz chicken breasts
    1 small onion
    2 medium carrots
    3 garlic cloves
    48 ounces chicken broth
    28 ounces diced tomatoes
    3/4 cup green beens
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon dried sage
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/2 cups green beens
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley


Boil chicken until done. Sauté onions and carrots in olive oil. Add garlic. Add broth and tomatoes with spices. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 30 minutes.Add chicken and green beans to soup. Simmer for 10 minutes until beans are tender. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
