Ingredients

    Home made Cauliflower puree (300ml)
    1 tsp sunflower oil
    600g chicken breast, diced
    300g pasta
    60g cheese

Directions

Puree is made by boiling cauliflower until tender and pureeing with sauted onion and garlic, and seasoned.

Boil pasta until el dente.
Brown chicken.

Mix Chicken, pasta and puree and put into an oven proof dish.

Sprinkle cheese over and bake for 35 minutes on 180 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Servings
