    2 tbls butter
    1 tbls olive oil
    1 large onion (chopped)
    4 cups kale (chopped)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cupped mixed olives (halved)
    1/2 cup Bisquick
    1 cup Milk
    2 eggs


Heat oil and butter, add onion, saute until onion is tender, add kale and cook 5 min, put into pie plate and sprinkle olives. Mix bisquick milk and eggs with wire wisk and pour over top of kale and olive mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes 1 9" pie
