1 lb 99% lean ground turkey breast
    1/2 cup onion
1 Rapunzel no salt added vegan bouillon cube
1 canned no salt added tomatoes
    1 can of black beans
1 can of red kidney beans
    1/2 cup frozen sweet corn

    Herbs and spices:

    ancho chili powder
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
garlic (1-3 cloves depending on how garlicky you like your food)

Sautee onion, garlic cloves, herbs/spices and turkey in a large saucepan. Once turkey is done, add 2 cups of water, bouillon, and 1 can of no salt added tomatoes. Stir to combine well. Bring to a boil. Add beans (make sure to drain and rinse well ahead of time) and stir again. Bring to a boil. Add corn and stir. Put lid on saucepan and turn down to a good simmer and let it work its magic for at least a half of an hour. If you have the time, let it simmer longer. It tastes better!
