    1 slice of whole grain bread
    1 egg
    spray oil


Tear out the center of the slice of bread and eat it. Spray canola oil in small skillet and place bread in skillet. Crack egg and put egg in the hole in the bread. Cook on medium high for a few minutes then flip bread over. Turn off oven. Remove toast and egg in another minute.
