    1 dozen Medium Eggs
    1 chopped yellow onion
    2 cups of chopped mushrooms
    1 Roasted Bell Pepper (Any color)
    Salt and Cayenne Pepper


You can add 1 cup of shredded cheese to this recipe if you desire to.


Preheat Oven at 350

Saute chopped onions and mushroom till

Chop roasted pepper

Beat eggs add a dash of salt and cayenne pepper

Mix veggies with egg mixture

Pour into 8in glass dish and bake for 15 mins at 350 degrees
