    1 can low sodium diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic
    4 oz 0% fat greek style yogurt
    granulated garlic, powdered onion, parsley, basil, oregano, and other spices to taste


In blender, place contents of can of tomatoes. Puree until smooth, then place into microwave-safe bowl. Add spices and 1/2 of yogurt. Nuke on high for 2 minutes. Remove and stir in other 1/2 half of yogurt, nuke again for 2 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 4 - 3/4 cup servings
