    squash, carrot, onion, garlic, vegetable stock, spices to taste


sautee onion in olive oil until tender (approx. 5 min),
add diced and peeled squash and carrot and pressed garlic for one or two minutes more
add vegetable stock and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add spices of your choice (I use salt, fresh pepper and a little cayenne)
Serve with a little sour cream (optional)
