    Chopped Onion
    Chopped Garlic
    Chopped Green Pepper
    Brown Rice
    Soy Sauce


Pour in olive oil and onion and garlic cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add in mushroom, broccoli, green pepper, egg. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionly. Mix in rice and soy sauce and any seasoning you enjoy (I use chili powder). Cook 5-10 minutes and serve.
