    2 cups Blanched Almond Flour
    1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp Cloves, ground
    1 cup Pumpkin, cooked & mashed
    4 tbsp Honey
    1/2 tsp Stevia
    6 large eggs


Pumpkin should be roasted beforehand.


1.In a food processor combine almond flour, salt, baking soda and spices
2.Add pumpkin, honey, stevia and eggs and pulse for 2 minutes
3.Scoop batter into a petite loaf pan
4.Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes
5.Cool for 1 hour

Serving Size: make 3 small loafs, 5 slices per loaf
