This uses taco meat I already had prepared. This uses taco meat I already had prepared.
Number of Servings: 8


    2 cans reduced fat crescent rolls
    8 olives, sliced
    1/4 cup diced onions, divided equally into 8
    1/2 cup prepared taco meat, divided equally into 8
    1 oz mozzarella cheese, divided equally into 8


1. preheat oven to 350
2. separate rolls and pinch 2 triangles to make 1 rectangle. Continue with the rest making 8 rectangles.
3. on the edge of 1 rectangle, slice 1 olive, onions, taco meat and cheese.
4. Fold other end over and thoroughly pinch edges together.
5. Place on cooking sheet (I used my Pampered Chef stone) and bake between 11-14 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 pockets
