    1 Box Jiffy Corn Mix

    1/3 c. Light Coconut Milk (I used Silk Pure Coconut-Vanilla)

    1 TBSP organic, raw Chia Seeds (mixed with 3 TBSP HOT water, let sit for 5-10 minutes to form a gel)


Mix, and pour into greased (coconut oil, butter or spray oil) 8x8 pan.

Bake according tp package directions: 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
