    4 eggs
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. parmesean cheese
    1c. buttermilk
    2 cups shredded cheddar
    1 pkg imitation crabmeat (12 -16 oz.)
    2 cups chopped frozen veggies (California blend)


Mix eggs, milk, and parmesan cheese together. Layer a pie dish with cheese, veggies, then meat. Pour egg mixture into the pie dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
