    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 can eagle brand condensed milk
    2 eggs
    2 cups Pumpkin canned (libby's)

    1.5 cup whole wheat flour
    .5 cup Quinoa Flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup walnuts slightly roasted

here is the nutritional info for it for a whole can
