Ingredients

    1 mashed banana
    .5 cup dry oats
    .3 cup milk or water
    .5t vanilla extract
    .5t cinnamon
    .25t baking soda
    .125t nutmeg
    .125t maple syrup

Tips

I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk to get nutritional counts.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and spray ramekin with pam
Mash banana and mix with wet ingredients in a med bowl
Mix dry indredients in another bowl
Mix wet and dry
Pour into single serve ramekin
Bake for 18 to 25 min
