use a couple bunches of collards
1 onion cut in half and then quartered, sliced
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil
raisins - about the equivalent of 2 mini boxes
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    2 tbsp pine nuts
    salt and pepper to taste

clean the collards VERY THOROUGHLY and cut them into 1/2 inch strips, then cut those in half again
Discard the stems
heat the olive oil in a large skillet
saute the onion in the olive oil until soft and browned/carmelized - about 15 minutes at a medium heat, careful not to burn!
add the garlic in about halfway through
then toss in the collards and saute about another 5-10 minutes (I steamed them for 5 minutes first so they were already wilted)
add the raisins, sesame seeds and pine nuts, saute again, and serve!

Serving Size: makes 4 servings, about 1/2 cup (once it is cooked down)
