    2 C Half and Half
    1 C Milk (whole or 2%)
    3/4 C granulated sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Can also use 1% or fat-free milk, but it will not be as creamy.


Mix all ingredients in chilled bowl until sugar is dissolved. Turn on ice cream maker and slowly pour into machine. Allow to mix and freeze until desired consistency is reached -- will depend on your machine. Serve soft or pour into container and freeze for later enjoyment.
