Easy, low carb salmon cakes. Easy, low carb salmon cakes.
Number of Servings: 3


    2 cans of Pink Salmon (fish), about 4 oz
    2 medium Eggs, fresh
    dash of salt, pepper, cayanne, garlic powder (to taste)
    3 tbsp olive oil


Flake salmon from can and combine in a bowl with eggs, salt, pepper and other seasonings. Form into patties.

Place in a warm skillet with warmed olive oil. Cook on both sides until golden brown and warmed through.

Serving Size: makes 3-4 patties
