    1 lb ground turkey
    1/2 onion chopped
    1 t garlic powder
    8 oz tomato sauce
    3 c dry elbow noodles--cooked
    2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c whipped cream cheese
    1 t cream of tartar
    4 oz mozz cheese
    3 T parmesan cheese


cook turkey, onion, and garlic together...add tomato sauce in last couple minutes. In separate bowl mix soup, cream cheese, tartar and most of the parmesan.

layer noodles, meat sauce, mush/cheese sauce, and a little mozz cheese. On last layer pour the rest of the mozz cheese and sprinkle the rest of the parmesan.

bake at 350 for 30 min.
