Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 1 pound, fried
    Potato, raw, 3 large, sliced thin
    Carrots, raw, 3 large, sliced thin
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, 1 can
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
    Water, 1/2 cup
    onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Tips

Goes well with side salad and warm rolls on a chilly night.


Directions

Fry hamburger with onions, salt and pepper. Blot dry. Layer Potato slices and carrot slices on top. Mix soup and water and pour over ingredients. Cook on medium-low until potatoes are tender. Spread green beans over the top, heat through, and serve.
