    Whole Wheat Flour 2 cup
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Egg, fresh 2 large
    Salt 1 tsp
    Baking Soda 1 tsp
    Honey 1/5 cup


Mash bananas ~ beat eggs ~ add honey
Sift Whole Wheat Flour ~ salt ~ baking soda
Add dry ingredients to wet by hand. Do not over mix makes muffins dense.
Bake 350
