Ingredients

    16 oz pre-made Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
    2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    1T Olive Oil
    1C Salsa
    1/2 C Onion, Chopped (Optional)
    3 Cloves Garlic, Chopped (Optional)
    1/2 C Mexican Style Shredded Cheese


Directions

Spread and cook pizza dough according to direction on package. In olive oil, cook chicken until white, drain water. Add onion, garlic, salsa continue to cook until onion is tender. While still hot, spread mixture over pizza dough. Sprinkle cheese evenly. Bake in oven at 450 for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
I like the extra Onions and Garlic. It just gives a more full flavor. You can also change the mood by using different types of salsa, i.e. spicy or sweet.
Yeilds 8 pieces.
