    4 T. Margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 T. chopped celery
    1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 t. ground sage
    1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. black pepper
    4 T. flour
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    3 chicken breast (fully cooked and cubed)
    3 c. cooked rice


In 2qt sauce pan melt butter. Saute vegetables until tender. Add sage, salt, pepper, and flour. Heat on low until smooth and bubbly. Slowly add broth and milk. Heat until slightly thickened. Add diced chicken and heat until gravy consistancy.
