Number of Servings: 8


    Potato, raw, 7 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Beef (Top Round Roast), 16 oz
    Knorr Simply Beef Broth, 1 cup, 6 serving
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Half A Yellow Onion, 1 serving
    Pompeian Grapeseed Oil 1 Tbsp, 2 serving
    (Garlic salt and pepper to taste *not included in nutritional value*)


Heat skillet on medium, toss in sliced onion and garlic, saute until onions are just starting to brown, add beef. Sprinkle spices, stirring occasionally, until beef is almost cooked through. Turn crock pot on Low 8hrs, add diced potatoes, beef mixture, carrots and celery. Pour beef broth over the top, cover and carry on with your day! ENJOY!
