    3 potatos, baked, peeled, mashed
    2 T. Butter
    .5 cup chicken broth
    1 t. salt
    .5 t. pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 T minced green onion
    .25 c shredded cheese
    3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


This is an easy recipe to adapt to your tastes. I can't tolerate milk so I used chicken broth, but milk, cream or half and half can be used or other non dairy liquids. And there are many different seasoning you can use. Have fun with the tastes


Bake potatoes, cool and peel. You can also boil, I just like the baked flavor. Cook bacon and crumble. Mix all the ingredients and press into muffin pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray and bake in the oven until tops are golden brown.
