    1 19 oz can chick peas (drained)
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp sesame oil (or less to taste)
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1-2 Tbsp water if needed


Rinse & drain chick peas. Put in blender with juice of 1 lemon, 1 small clove garlic (cut in 4 pieces), 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil and 1/2 tsp sea salt (kosher salt may be substituted).

Blend until creamy, refrigerate before serving. Serve with fresh veggies or whole grain crackers. Makes 6,
