    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 c plain Greek yogurt
    1.5 tsp season salt
    1 tsp ground pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese, plus more to sprinkle on top


I cut the breasts in half to quicken the cooking time to about 30 minutes.


Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9 x 12 baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken in dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and spread over chicken. Be sure to cover all of chicken and not leave any areas uncovered with the sauce. sprinkle with more grated cheese. Bake about 45 minutes until chicken is cooked.
