Ingredients

    1 cup almond meal (ground almonds)
    1/4 cup arrowroot flour
    2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 cup honey

Tips

I used liquid honey and they were really gooey, not able to roll into balls and just spooned onto pan. They came out good and chewy. Yum!


Directions

Mix all ingredients together well. Roll into balls. Line cookie sheet with parchment. Place balls onto paper and flatten. Bake at 325F for 10 minutes or until golden. Makes 10-15.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 cookies.
