    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving
    Cooked Chicken Breast, no skin, 100 grams
    Pate de foie gras, (goose liver pate), 1 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp

Directions

- Shread chicken breast
- Slice onion
- Spread Pate on tortilla
- Add chicken, onion and mustard
- Fold into a wrap
