    *Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles, 12
    Spinach, fresh, 8 cups
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cups
    *Classico Florentine Spinach & Cheese Pasta Sauce, 3 cups
    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 ozs
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 6 tbsps


Once sauce is scooped on top of roll-ups, you can store dish in refrigerator until ready to bake. Baking time may increase if refrigerated first.


Boil and cool noodles. Wilt spinach with some garlic. Mix ricotta into spinach. Spoon cheese/spinach mixture onto laid out noodles, and roll. Place in baking pan.

Brown turkey and drain. Stir in pasta sauce. Spoon sauce over roll-ups. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
