    instant oats 1 cup
    canola oil 3/4 cup
    milk 1 cup
    1 egg white
    brown sugar 1 cup


mix dry ingredientsin one bowl
mix oil,milk,egg in one bowl.
pour dry mix in batter of oil+milk
bake in muffin pan for 20 min at 375 F
