    3 whole eggs, organic
    1 tbsp coconut oil, melted (allow to cool before using)
    1/4 cup homemade applesauce or no-sugar-added store-bought applesauce
    1 cup egg whites
    1/3 cup unsweetened full fat coconut milk
    2 tsp vanilla (preferably alcohol free)
    1 tbsp honey (or few shakes of stevia)
    dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
    1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup coconut flour (sifted)


mix all ingrediants (except cooked bacon) in blender and mix. Add bacon and put in waffle maker

Serving Size: makes about 6 small round waffles
