    Lean Beef Roast 3 lbs
    8 potatos
    6 carrots
    3 onions
    Beef Broth fat free
    Cavenders Greek seasoning
    McCormick Grill Masters
    Seasoning Salt
    1 cap full Sugar Cane Vinegar


There is always some left for sandwiches the next day


Place Roast in crock pot for 3 hours with seasonings and beef broth, then peal potatos and carrots put them in with roast cook for 2 more hours on high. Roast is done when meat falls apart.
