Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    *Peppers-multi colored bell, 4 oz
    *Mushroom, baby bella, fresh, 1 oz serving = approx 1 mushroom, 4 oz
    Asparagus, fresh, .5 cup
    Shrimp, cooked, 4 oz
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8.5 ounces
    *Lemon Juice, .125 cup
    Pineapple Juice, .0625 cup
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    *Coconut Oil Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut, 1 serving
    *crushed red pepper flakes, .5 tbsp
    *Onion Powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Saute the vegitables on medium heat with all of the spices and juice. Add in chicken half way through and cook until golden brown and no longer pink. Add in shrimp 5 minutes before serving and mix the medley. Serve hot over rice, pasta, or by itself.
