    1 medium head Cauliflower
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbs ground oats
    .125 tsp black pepper


grind raw cauliflower in food processor. Put in bowl. Add the ground oats and pepper. mix thoroughly. Add in eggs and mix thoroughly. Spray frying pan with vegetable spray. Spoon out onto a medium heat frying pan and form a 2 inch patty. Cook on each side until brown and cooked through.

Serving Size: makes 60 2-inch cakes
