Ingredients

*Pepper, Bell fresh (Green, Red, Yellow or Orange) 1/2 a pepper, 4 serving - Cut lengthwise
Ground beef, 16 oz
*Vidalia onion, raw 1 medium onion, 1 serving - chopped
Garlic, 1 clove - chopped or minced
*Average Roma Tomato, 2 small, chopped
Salt, 1 tsp (to taste)
Pepper, black, 1 tsp (to taste)
*Cheese - Great Value, Sharp Cheddar, Shredded, 4 oz
*Cheese - Great Value, Sharp Cheddar, Shredded, 2 oz (For the topping if required)
Tips
Can be frozen.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350f.
Brown the ground beef together with the Chopped Onion and Garlic.
Drain the fat.
Stir in the tomatoes and seasonings.
Cook until the tomatoes are hot, remove from the heat and stir in the 4oz of cheese.
Put the pepper halves into a greased 8" x 8" baking pan. and fill the peppers with the meat mixture.
Sprinkle the extra 2oz of cheese on the top if using.
Bake at 350f for approx 45 minutes.
