    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium roughly chopped
    1-2-3 Vegetable Oil Cholesterol Free, 1 tbsp


Just a throw together of some spare veggies I had left in the fridge.


Heat a skillet with the oil in.
Add the veggies and cook until soft.
Serve with the dish of your choice.
