    Promise Fat Free Margarine, .66 tbsp (remove)
    *Chopped Onion (4 tbsp) (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .75 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 12 oz (remove)
    cooked (pasta), 4 cup (remove)
    *Green Giant Broccoli and cheese steamer, 4 serving (remove)


Melt margarine in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Saute chopped onion then stir in milk, parmesan and tuna. Add a dash of salt and pepper and toss with penne pasta and cooked broccoli steamer. I also substituted canned chicken instead of tuna which was very tasty.
