    1/4 cup of Ralston Foods: Quick Grits, fast cooking, dry.

    1 cup of water.

    A dash of salt.

    1 slice of Great Value American Cheese.

    2 slices of Turkey Ham.

    1/4 tsp of Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend.


For thicker grits use less water, for thinner use more water.

You can add onions or grape tomatoes towards the end.


1. Bring water, salt, and Mrs. Dash Original Blend to a boil.

2. Slowly stir 1/4 grits, reduce to medium heat.

3. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently.

4. Remove from heat; cover; let stand until thickened.
